Fill out HCMC lab requisition form. Keep yellow copy and file at front desk.

Call RMC Courrier to deliver specimen.

Specimen must be centrifuged and plasma separated from red blood cells within 1 hour of collection.

After separation from cells:
Ambient: 4 hours
Refrigerated: 4 hours
Frozen: 2 weeks at -20°C
